When will my order ship?

We usually dispatch orders within 2–3 business days, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our studio.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the European Union. If you are located outside the EU, please stay tuned — we are working on expanding our shipping zones.

 

What are the shipping fees?

We charge a flat €3.49 for shipping within the EU.
Orders over €35 qualify for free shipping.

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

No. At this time, we only accept online payment via PayPal.
Orders that are not paid within a short window are automatically cancelled.

 

My payment failed. What should I do?

Please try placing the order again. If the issue persists, contact us at customerservice@stilleabe.com and we’ll assist you.

 

Are your packages sustainable?

Yes. We use fully recyclable paper-based packaging — including the box, filler, tape, and labels.
We avoid plastic, excess wrapping, or decorative fillers.

 

I made a mistake in my address. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible via email:customerservice@stilleabe. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address.
If it has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee correction.
