How to Return Your Order

To start a return, please email [customerservice@stilleabe.com] at [your@email.com] with the subject line: "Return Request Order #XXXX"

-Your name

-Order number

-The item(s) you wish to return

-Optional: a brief reason for the return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

What Can and Cannot Be Returned

We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered

Items eligible for return:

-Unused and in original condition

-In original packaging (including tags, cards, or pouches if included)

Items that cannot be returned:

-Sale items / final clearance

-Items showing signs of wear or damage

-Custom-made or personalized products

-Gift cards

 

Refunds & Timelines

-Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you by email.

-Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

-Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please note: Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like to change an item (for a different colour, style, etc.), please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
