How to Return Your Order

To start a return, please email us at [your@email.com] with the subject line: "Return Request Order #XXXX"

-Your full name

-Order number

-The item(s) you wish to return

-Optional: a brief reason for the return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

 

What Can and Cannot Be Returned

We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered

Items eligible for return:

-Unused and in original condition

-In original packaging (including tags, cards, or pouches if included)

Items that cannot be returned:

-Sale items / final clearance

-Items showing signs of wear or damage

-Custom-made or personalized products

-Gift cards

 

Refunds & Timelines

-Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you by email.

-Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

-Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please note: Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like to change an item (for a different color, style, etc.), please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
