2 Order Confirmation & Purchase Contract Formation
Once your order is received, an automatic confirmation email will be sent from shop@stilleabe.com.
This email serves both as a Thank You Note and a Contract Confirmation, officially establishing the purchase agreement between you and STILLEABE.
The email will contain your order summary, payment total, estimated shipping date, and contact information.
If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at customerservice@stilleabe.com.
In case we are unable to fulfill your order due to technical or inventory issues, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days to your original payment method.
3 Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship your order within 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we support split shipments: in-stock items will be shipped first, and pre-order items will be delivered once available. No additional shipping cost will be charged for the second shipment.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
3.1 If the parcel has not been shipped, we will modify the address free of charge;
3.2 If the parcel has been shipped, whether it can be modified depends on the courier’s policy. If allowed, any additional charges will be borne by the customer;
3.3 If the courier does not support address change, the parcel may be returned. We can assist in reshipping once it is received back, but reshipping costs will be covered by the customer.
4 Returns & Cancellation
4.1 Returns
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.
To return an item, please contact our customer service team in advance. We will provide you with a return address and reference number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories. Please note that personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
Return procedure:
1. Email your return request to customerservice@stilleabe.com;
2. Await our confirmation and receive your return address and number;
3. Repack the item securely and ship it back (keep the tracking receipt);
4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 7 business days via the original payment method
4.2 Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests before the item has been shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible via customerservice@stilleabe.com to confirm the cancellation. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return procedure instead.
For customized or made-to-order items (e.g. personalized color, engraving), production starts immediately upon order confirmation and cancellation or modification is not accepted. We currently do not offer customized products. However, if such items are introduced in the future, they will be subject to the following cancellation and return limitations.
5 Payment Methods
All payments on our website are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Currently, we only use PayPal to handle all transactions.
When you make a purchase, your payment information is not stored on our servers. Instead, it is securely transmitted to PayPal, which processes the transaction on our behalf. We do not have access to your full credit card number, bank account details, or other sensitive payment credentials.
PayPal may collect additional information such as your name, billing address, and email address in accordance with their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing PayPal’s Privacy Policy for more information.
If a refund is issued, it will be returned to the same PayPal account used for the original transaction.
We take data protection seriously and implement appropriate safeguards to protect your personal and payment-related information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.

To ensure a smooth and secure shopping experience, our store is built on the Shopify platform and uses third-party payment processors such as PayPal and Shopify Payments.

No individual or entity may reproduce, alter, distribute, repost, use for commercial purposes, or adapt any of this content without explicit written permission.

7.2 Authorization & Exceptions
